Miodrag Perin has over 13 years of work history at Bertelsmann. In 2001 his group began building and branding the most successful corporate and divisional recruiting web sites of Bertelsmann, which ranked #1 in benchmarks and studies. He has also been instrumental in introducing several levels of process automation. His current responsibilities are to manage the current North American product and service portfolio, global recruiting technology framework, continue to invest in R&D, expand the external customer base and strengthen strategic partnerships with other quality players in the recruiting and technology marketplace.
