Europe, the United States, Australia: On the occasion of milch & zucker’s 10th year of existence, some 70 specially invited guests recently convened in Bad Nauheim for an international two-day HR conference, undertaking a thematic journey that covered everything from employer branding and operative HR marketing to recruiting trends and online application processes.
With the kind assistance of various speakers from across the globe, milch & zucker was able to inform its guests of the latest developments in the field of recruiting and the challenges associated with attracting and retaining new personnel, while also presenting solutions that are applicable on an international level.
