How to ensure that incoming applications find the right inbox.
Nowadays, it is not unusual for companies of various sizes to receive anywhere from 20,000 to 220,000 online applications per year. And that’s not even mentioning those applications submitted the old fashioned way, in hard-copy form. These developments have made it necessary for companies to optimise handling processes, automate workflows and seek help in selecting the most suitable applicants. milch & zucker now offers such help. BeeSite® Candidate Management provides comprehensive matching, selection and hiring functions that are based on a service-oriented architecture (SOA). This architecture offers users an all-in-one solution featuring high-performance software components that rely on web services for depiction. Most importantly, this architecture can be easily and seamlessly integrated into your business processes and existing system infrastructures.

The choice is yours!
BeeSite® components developed by milch & zucker can be easily integrated into existing eRecruiting solutions, if necessary. Alternatively, we can offer you the comprehensive services of the “BeeSite® Recruiting Edition”, an all-in-one solution that combines all features on a single platform. Connection to ERP systems such as SAP® , PeopleSoft® and other system solutions (incl. ASP) is yet another option, making it possible to exchange master or vacancy data or design a website frontend that fully adheres to your company’s individual corporate design guidelines.

A single, easy-to-use system provides users with a full range of eRecruiting features and functions, including individual application forms, intelligent selection procedures for HR and specialist departments, interview planning features, hire functions for securing suitable candidates and much more. The application also offers functions for documenting the correspondence, notes and history of all management processes as well as an elaborate statistics and reporting tool. The latter two enable recruiters to compile individual reports and evaluations, which can then be exported, if need be.

NEW: CV Parsing – Online recruiting made easy!
Now, jobseekers have available to them a special new online application service, provided by milch & zucker. The BeeSite® Recruiting Edition’s CV Parsing module automatically inserts all relevant candidate data from uploaded MS Word, RTF or PDF-based CVs into the online application form, including contact details, data on school and university education, work experience and qualifications (skills). With this ingenious method, job candidates are now able to complete online application forms in a matter of minutes. Once an applicant’s CV file has been uploaded, all he or she has to do is double-check the entries and make individual amendments, if necessary.

The CV parsing module is helpful not only to applicants when completing online application forms, it also helps recruiters perform their day-to-day work. For example, recruiters may use the module to extract candidate data from e-mail applications and then enter it in their applicant management system, thereby greatly reducing the amount of manual data input required. The CV parsing function is also able to migrate existing data into new online systems.
Data quality as a foundation for recruiting processes.
Online-based applicant processes form the basis for the quality of recruiting management, with high data quality ensuring more efficient backend processes. milch & zucker’s solutions dispense with redundancies and insignificancies. Applicants are not confronted with questions that have nothing to do with the job advertisement; questions that may be deemed as irrelevant or questionable from a data protection point-of-view are omitted from the outset. Moreover, data is prepared and stored HR-XML-conform, making standardised data exchange possible.

Standard applications are a thing of the past.
Today’s online application forms are customised to meet the requirements of specific job and applicant profiles. An online assessment function is also available for seamless integration. The result? Applicants save time completing forms, the entire selection process is accelerated. Applicant information is therefore concise and precise. The structured storage of data facilitates the allocation of high-potential candidates to internal talent / unsolicited application pools as well as the care and maintenance of these pools.
Online application forms supported by BeeSite® can be customised to meet the respective legal, country-specific and process-related requirements of your company’s or group’s recruiting departments.

A matching and competence model.
milch & zucker’s proprietary competence model features a combination of résumé and job-related functions, including weighting and K.O criteria allocation. Users are able to create customised job advertisements quickly and easily; suitable applicants are recognised early thanks to an automatic preselection function.

BeeSite® automatically matches applicant qualifications with job specifications. Results are depicted in the form of a ranking list, featuring suitable candidates in descending order. Individual evaluations for each candidate listed are also available, offering further insight into their ranking positions. Recruiters may define matching criteria as required. The technology used is based on WCC’s ELISE® matching engine.
