Owners & Operators

Independently owned & operated. Everything remains the same. The company directors continue to be your primary points of contact.  The proprietors and managing directors are responsible for the following milch & zucker business units: 

Ingolf Teetz is head of the IT department and responsible for all internal and external technical matters as well as quality assurance and software development. 

Kai Pawlik is in charge of the finance and personnel departments. He is also responsible for the sphere of "conventional" (offline and print media) advertising. 

Michael Palmen is the agency´s art director and head of the design centre / branch operations in Hamburg. 

Carsten Franke is responsible for all operative business matters, sales, distribution and acquisition. Furthermore, he holds the position of company spokesperson. 

The management board is further and competently supported by the company´s supervisory board.
