On 01 June 1999 the company name was change to milch & zucker - die neue & alte medien agentur, Gesellschaft für Marketing und Software-Entwicklung mbH.  

The company´s legal form was changed on 15 June 2001, transforming it from a limited liability company to a non-trading stock corporation.
